John Ford, from West Chester, PA, is an accomplished dog trainer who will meet with dog owners on Thursday evening, September 28 or Friday evening September 29 (your choice). He will show us a window into how dogs think and how we can best _communicate _with our dog.

It is amazing how much we don’t know about how our dogs think! John shows us how human psychology is not the same as dog psychology.

John travels to homes around the Tri-State area to work individually with all breeds of dogs. He amazed our attendees at Greyhounds Reach the Beach® several years ago when he had greyhounds perform tasks like going up steps or jumping into a car which their owners had been unable to get them to do for years. His presentations are lively and funny. He shows us what we are doing wrong in dealing with our dogs every day. He shows us how we may be rewarding dogs at precisely the wrong moments. John teaches us what a dog needs to really be fulfilled. (It’s not Milkbones!) John’s sense of humor and his initmate, counter-intuitive knowledge of how to to help you understand and motivate your dog will make for a lively and fun seminar.

Schedule:

4-6PM Dinner and social hour for dog owners/attendees. Bar available.

6-8PM John Ford Presentation in the hotel’s Club Room

8PM Questions and discussion

Greyhounds welcome. Dog owners of all breeds welcome.

Registration cost is $60 and+ includes dinner+ before the seminar at the hotel with non-alcoholic drinks included, served either in the hotel dining room or on the outdoor patio (weather permitting).

Out of Town?

If you are coming from out of town, don’t try to drive home, just stay overnight! Waynebrook Inn is giving us a great rate! Lancaster County is a great tourist destination. We will be giving all registrants a brochure of the area, including attractions like
